This website

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and has no forms. Our host, Cloudflare, processes visitors' IP addresses and technical connection data to serve the pages and protect the site against abuse.

The information we collect

We only collect what the service requires.

Why we use it

We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We rely on a few service providers, who only use your information to provide their service to us:

These providers may process information outside Québec. Before entrusting them with personal information, we assess whether it will receive adequate protection there, as required by Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. We only send them what is necessary. We do not disclose your information to anyone else without your consent, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Security

Access to your documents is limited to the people doing the work. Our providers encrypt data in transit. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information.

Your rights

You can ask to access your information, to have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to admin@gametheorycompany.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with its effective date.
